we want to change how young people see the world.

we are a bunch of young people passionately driven by one cause:
peace and fulfilment of humankind's potential

1948
It all started after World War II, when seven young people across different countries had a dream of building cross-cultural understanding across nations. They hoped to change the world, one person and one exchange at a time.
1977
By 1977, AIESEC was present in 50 countries across six continents. To this date, over 40,000 young people around the world had participated in a leadership development experience.
2015
In 2015, we were also one of the first organisations to partner with the United Nations with a commitment to align what we do to help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
now
Today, we continue to enable young people to develop their leadership through learning from practical experiences in challenging environments. We do this by facilitating cross-cultural exchanges across our international network which let young people understand more about themselves and the world around them.

The question is: will you join us?

What could you be doing?
