AIESEC operates in 110 countries and has over 60 years experience facilitating International work placements for the 4,000 organisations that partner with us.

AIESEC is a leadership development organisation. Our members are current students or recent graduates from universities across the globe. Leadership skills and competencies of our members are developed and enhanced as they receive professional experience by managing AIESEC’s operations, including the Global Placement Program, whilst completing tertiary education.
