AIESEC Australia ltd - iPad Competition
Terms and Conditions

METHOD OF ENTRY

1. Entry is open to all University Students in Australia, (note: current and past members of AIESEC are not eligible to win the prize).
2. Participants must be over the age of 18 to enter the competition.
3. In order to win the prize, participants must have provided legitimate contact information.
4. Entries are limited to one per person.
5. All valid entries submitted during the specified Promotional Period, will be entered into the prize draw to win the nominated prize.
6. The Promotional Period for this competition is 13 February 2012 to 4 March 2012.
7. There is no cost to enter the competition.
8. AIESEC Australia Ltd reserves to right to deem incomprehensible or incomplete entries invalid.

PRIZE

1. The prize is limited to one brand new iPad 2 - 16GB, WiFi model in the winners choice of colour (black or white).
2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and can not be taken out as cash.
3. AIESEC Australia Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to enter the competition or in connection with receiving the prize.
4. AIESEC Australia Ltd takes no responsibility for the prize in and after transit to the competition winner.
5. The prize will provided to the winner within one month after the end of the competition.

PRIZE DRAW

1. The prize draw will take place at the AIESEC Australia Ltd office at 2/28 Chandos St, St Leonards, New South Wales on 5 March 2012.
2. Members of the public may attend the prize draw. In order to so they must register their interest to do so with AIESEC Australia Ltd no later than 0000 Midnight (Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) +1100 UTC) on 4 March 2012.
3. The winner will be randomly selected, by an independent adjudicator, using a number generated by the website www.random.org.
4. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 5 days of the end of the competition.
5. The winner will be announced on the AIESEC Australia website (http://www.aiesecaustralia.org/) no later than 10 days of the prize being drawn.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW

1. AIESEC Australia Ltd reserves the right to redraw the competition in the event that the winner cannot be contacted or does not reply to his/her email within 5 business days.

FINAL CONDITIONS

1. By entering the competition, participants agree to be contacted with further information by AIESEC Australia Ltd and/or any of it’s university specific entities (Local Committees).
2. A description of the prize (photo) will be included in all promotional materials.
3. All promotional materials will direct contestants to these terms and conditions.
4. Records pertaining to the competition shall be maintained for 12 months from the close of the competition.
